ECB SOFTBALL FEES - 2025/26 SEASON
All ECB registered players from our previous season will receive an email with a link to re-register with East Coast Bays United Softball Club. Please use this link to register as this will pre-populate your information.
Please note: The North Harbour Softball Association charges a $10 levy per registered player. This fee is not included in the rates listed and will be added during the registration process.

WHAT YOUR FEES INCLUDE:
Your team coach will provide the necessary equipment for your team, including balls, bats, helmets, and catcher gear. For juniors, ECB playing shirts and black player pants will be loaned, if needed. Senior uniform requirements are determined by each team, so please check with your coach or manager. (Some teams have their own player tops, while others use ECB shirts.) All ECB loaned shirts and pants must be returned by the specified collection date at the end of the season. Failure to return or damage of these items will result in an invoice for replacement gear at approximately $140 per set.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card: Fees can be paid at the time of registration with a credit card. Please note a card fee of 2.5% will apply. This has automatically been added to the fees on the registration form.

PAYMENT OF FEES
- Payment is due prior to the first compeition game of the season.
- If you are unable to pay in full, please contact Suzette to arrange a payment plan treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz
- Outstanding prior season fees: Members who have fees owing from prior seasons, will need to have these paid in full prior to the start of the new season to be eligible to play.

REFUND OF FEES
If for some reason you find that you are unable to play the full season of softball, due to health, injury, or work obligations, please submit a request to the committee with full details.
If your request is due to injury, please supply a letter from your medical professional.
Your request will be tabled at the next Committee Meeting for consideration. All requests should be first sent to your Team Manger who will confirm that you have not/are not able to continue playing. Team Manager is then to forward the request along with their support to secretary@ecbsoftball.org.nz
