Terms and Conditions
Buy tickets - tickets can be purchased directly from any ECB Premier Men's player or Div 3 Mens Rangers player, or online by clicking the buy now link. If you don't have a ticket number please leave this blank and you will be allocated a ticket and sent a copy.
Eligibility and Entry:
- Prize draws are exclusive to New World Long Bay.
- Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
- The prize will be drawn on Saturday 3rd October 2026 - live streamed on the ECB Facebook page.

- 1st Prize - 90 second Grocery Grab

Prize Collection:
- Grocery Grab will occur at 7:00 am on Sunday, 11th October 2026, at Long Bay New World.
- The winner will meet the owners of Long Bay New World and staff outside the store by the loading bay for a debrief prior to the Grocery Grab. ECB members will be there also.
Publicity:
- Winner will be announced on our social media channels
- Winners agree to their names being published and to being photographed and/or videoed by East Coast Bays Softball Club and Long Bay New World.
- East Coast Bays Softball Club and Long Bay New World may use winnersβ names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes, including on social media.
Grocery Grab Rules:
- There is a Grabber (collecting the items) and a Pusher (pushing the trolley)
- The Grabber must collect at least one item from each of the following categories: Fresh Meat, Fresh Vegetable, Fresh Bakery Product, and Frozen product.
- A limit of no more than two identical products of the same type and brand applies (e.g., no more than two Sprite 24 packs or two lamb leg roasts)
- Alcohol, Lotto, Instant Kiwi, gift vouchers and tobacco products are excluded from the Grocery Grab.
- The Grabber may not strong-arm items; all items must be picked.
- The Pusher cannot assist the Grabber in selecting items.
- The Start line is at the entrance to the Produce department.
- The Grabber or Pusher cannot open or reach into any cabinets not usually accessible to the public.
- The Grabber or Pusher cannot access any areas of the store not usually accessible to the public.
- Extra trolleys will be placed at the end of the aisles for the Grabber and Pusher to use as required.
