Firstly, we want to acknowledge each of our ECB Softball coaches, assistant coaches, scorers and managers for giving up your personal time to help with the development of our ECB players at all grades. We truly do appreciate the effort you put into the club and hope you find the role rewarding. 

We want to make things easy for you by trying to provide pages that have relevant information you may need for your team on game day such as team card, protest forms, complaints forms and managers manuals. You can find this information on Coaches Forms/Manuals page

We have a private Facebook Group called 'ECB Softball Coaches Corner' for our coaches and managers. TEAM REACH - ECB SOFTBALL COACHES, MANAGERS & SCORERS

We ask our managers, coaches and scorers to join a dedicated coaches Team Reach group. This will be a key communication tool and access to a support network of other ECB coaches. Group Code is ECBCoach


TRAINING EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE

We want to make sure you have the tools to help your team succeed.  We have various training equipment at the lock up and a gear warden who can assist in getting gear to you.   We require at least a 72 hour turn around time if you require equipment.  We will have a full list of gear available and online form to complete which is - Coming for 2023/24 season


SPORT NZ - BALANCE IS BETTER WEBINARS

Balance is Better held online Webinars which gave insight on what the experts think sporting organisations should be doing to safe guard our youth in sports today. Balance is Better is about creating quality experiences for all young people to keep them active and in the game.
