Terms & Conditions

Club merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused and saleable condition, with all original tags and labels still attached. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged and proof of purchase may be required. Personalised or custom-made merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact the club as soon as possible so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size by using the provided size charts and providing accurate delivery and personalisation details at the time of purchase. Refunds, where approved, will generally be made to the original payment method.
