PRIZEGIVING - 2023/24 SEASON

    JUNIOR PRIZEGIVING - 28 APRIL 2024

    WHEN: Sunday 28 April 2024 - Start 1pm 
    WHERE: Rosedale Park - Stadium Seating (by Freeman Field D1)

    SENIOR PRIZEGIVING - 4 MAY 2024

    WHEN: Saturday 4 May 2024 arrive from 6.45pm for 7.15pm start
    WHERE: Rosedale Park - Club Rooms
    TICKET COST: $50 per person / 
    $30 per person for our ECB Team Coaches, Team Scorers and Team Managers and NHSA official orange shirt umpires*

    *minimum of 7 games, and max 4 discounted tickets per team 

    Your Prizegiving Ticket includes a Spit Roast meal including meats, salads and desert, you will also receive 1 drinks ticket for a house beer, wine or soft drink. (prize winners will also receive a drinks ticket).

    Senior Prizegiving Schedule: (here is a rough idea of the timings) 

    • Start arriving from 6.45pm - please enter through front door to be checked in.
    • 7.15pm Team Awards starts
    • 8.00pm Dinner 
    • 8.30pm Club Awards 
    • Grazing dessert throughout club awards
    • 11.00pm finish

    PAYMENT OPTIONS:

    Online - purchase your tickets using the link above and paid via either credit card or invoice. If you purchase tickets online using invoice, you are able to pay this off before 31 May 2024. 

    Direct Credit - pay via bank transfer to ECB Softball 38-9016-0785579-00  - please use Player Name and SNR Prizegiving. 

    ​​​​​​​Please note: Club members attending the SNR Prizegiving who are under the age of 18, may consume alcohol if they are accompanied by a parent and that parent purchases the alcohol for them.  

    Even though this is a private function, we need to respect our Clubrooms so please drink responsibly and don't bring your own alcohol.

    Spit roasted beef rump (GF)
    Champagne Ham on the Bone with honey mustard (GF)
    Fancy Lettuce & Vegetable - a combination of mesclun leaves, carrot, cucumber, tomato and red cabbage garnish (GF)
    Indonesian Rice - steamed rice flavoured with onion, Peanuts, red capsicum and lightly curried (GF)
    Long Cut Gourmet Coleslaw - kiwi classic of long cut cabbage mixed with grated carrot and onion in our dressing (GF)
    Gourmet Potato - baby potatoes, onion,celery and parsley in sour cream (GF)
    Assortment of freshly baked bread rolls served with butter packs
