**MULTIPLE GRADE OFFER:

**Juniors who are playing in a Senior Grade are $300 all inclusive (for a maximum of two teams) ie: Under 19 is also playing in Prem Reserve, they would only pay $300 not $105+$250=$355

*** Seniors who are playing in 2 x Senior Grades are $300 all inclusive (for a maximum of two teams).

WHAT YOUR FEES INCLUDE: 

With the payment of your fees you will be provided a loaned ECB playing shirts and pants if required.  The ECB playing shirt and pants must be returned at the nominated collection date at the end of the season. Failure to do so will result in being invoiced for missing or damaged gear at approx $120 per set replacement costs. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card: Fees can be paid at the time of registration with a credit card. Please note a card fee of 2.5% will apply. This has automatically been added to the fees on the registration form. 

Direct Credit: Fees can be paid directly into our Kiwi Bank Account

PAYMENT OF FEES 
​​​​​​​Per the ECB Constitution.

• 11.1.a : Annual Membership fees are due prior to the first competition game of the season;
• 11.1.b.: For those registering subsequent to the first competition game the Annual Membership fee is due prior to undertaking their second competition game.

NON-PAYMENT OF FEES

• Outstanding prior season fees: Members who have fees owing from prior seasons, will need to have these paid in full prior to the start of the new season to be eligible to play.
• Current seasons outstanding fees: Members who have not paid their fees or have not made a pay plan to do so, by 30th November 2023 will not be eligible to play in the post-Christmas rounds of the North Harbour Softball Competition. All Fees must be paid in full for the member to be eligible to play in the Finals games of the North Harbour Softball Competition.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION
If you would like to make arrangements for a payment plan for this season’s fees, please email our Club Treasurer on treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz to discuss options.

The Committee would expect that a minimum of 50% is paid prior to 30th November 2023 with the remaining paid in full by 1st March 2024. All Fees must be paid in full for the member to be eligible to play in the Finals games of the North Harbour Softball Competition.

REFUND OF FEES
If for some reason you find that you are unable to play the full season of softball, due to health, injury, or work obligations, please submit a request to the committee with full details.
If your request is due to injury, please supply a letter from your medical professional.
Your request will be tabled at the next Committee Meeting for consideration. All requests should be first sent to your Team Manger who will confirm that you have not/are not able to continue playing. Team Manager is then to forward the request along with their support to secretary@ecbsoftball.org.nz.
