CLUB DUTY DAY


    Our Club Days are now complete for 2024 - Thank you to all those that helped with fundraisers, bake sales, selling raffle tickets, control room and other mandatory duties.  We couldn't have done it without you 

     

    What is Club Duty Day?  North Harbour Softball Association allocates two Duty Days to each club during the season.  This is the day where the club helps with the running of the day which includes:  manning the control room, setting up the park before the first games including putting out bases and waste management bins as well as bringing everything in at the end of the day. 

    Each team is allocated a task or time slot to help with the day. (many hands make light work)

    Club Day is the one day that the club can also hold a fundraiser at NHSA. The tasks required and any fundraiser will be decided upon by the committee.  If you would like to be involved by either joining the committee or a friend of the committee that would just like to help when required please just let us know.  If you can help please contact secretary@ecbsoftball.org.nz
