WELCOME TO EAST COAST BAYS UNITED SOFTBALL CLUB!

East Coast Bays United Softball Club, is located on the North Shore of Auckland, we are one of New Zealand's largest softball clubs. We cater for all ages and abilities, from junior players aged under 5's to under 19's to senior players in both social/competitive and premier grades. 

Softball is a great summer sport for the whole family.  Our season runs from September/November to March and games are played at North Harbour Softball Association, Rosedale Park in Albany. 

We have a hard working committee and coaches that are dedicated to providing players with the best softball experience.  Our club is incredibly proud to have been named Softball New Zealands Club of the Year 2022/23, with our very own Suzette Taylor named Softball New Zealand Volunteer of the Year and taking away the coveted Softball New Zealand supreme award of Softballer of the Year.  ​​​​​​​ECB Softball has also won the North Harbour Top Club Trophy for the last two seasons.

    Draw is tentative and subject to change until finalised on Wednesday at 5pm. (changes can occur to diamonds, game times and BYE status).  We recommend checking the draw the day before your game to ensure you have the correct information for your team.       The shop will close on the 24 October 2025 with delivery expected before Christmas. 

      You can also pre-order caps, visors, socks and belts which will be available to collect on our registration day on the 19 October 2025.

      **THIS WEEKEND**
      Uniform Collection & Registration Day 

      Date: Sunday, 19 October 2025 from 11am - 3pm.
      Where: Freeman Field (Diamond 1), Rosedale Park.
      Best access and parking: via Paul Matthews Drive entrance.

      To ensure you're ready to start the season on 01 November, this is a critical day to collect your uniform and avoid delays in receiving your gear. You’ll also be able to:

      - Finalise any outstanding registrations
      - Purchase or collect pre purchased essential merchandise such as belts, caps, visors, and other ECB gear

       

      Scheduled Time Slots (by Grade):

      • 11:00 – 11:30am – Under 5 & Under 7
      • 11:30 – 12:00pm – Under 9
      • 12:00 – 12:30pm – Under 11
      • 12:30 – 1:00pm – Under 13
      • 1:00 – 1:30pm – Under 15/17 Girls & Under 15 Boys
      • 1:30 – 2:30pm – Under 17/19 Boys
      • 2:30 – 3:00pm – Seniors

       

      These times are designed to help with flow and reduce wait times. If you have players in multiple grades, please attend during any of your time slots, —what’s most important is that you collect your uniform on this day. So if you are U7 and can only make 2.30pm, then come at this time.
