MUSTER DAY/UNIFORM COLLECTION 15 October 2023 12.30 - 5pm

Sunday 15 October we are having our muster day/uniform collection day.

Held at the Rosedale Park, Stadium (on top of the seating of the grandstand)

Please see times below, if you have a family members across multiple teams, please all come in one of your time slots.

U5-U9 12.30-1pm
U11 1pm – 1.30pm
U13 1.30pm – 2pm
U15/17 girls and U15 boys 2-3pm
U17/19 boys 3.30-4pm
Seniors 4-5pm.

This is when our registered ECB players collect their loan uniform, purchase any required socks, belts, caps, visors and pay any outstanding fees. Payment plans are available, please email treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz to discuss your options.

If you are unable to make this date please let your coach/manager know.

SEASON START DETAILS

The Softball Clubs at North Harbour do not have access to Rosedale Park for trainings until the week of the 16 October. Coaches and managers are receiving their team lists this week and will make contact all their team members with details for trainings etc…

The general season starts on Friday 27 October with our U15/17 Girls teams and U17/19 Boys teams, then all other grades will start on Saturday 28 October.

WEEKLY DRAWS

You can find the weekly team draws on our homepage of our website, this is set to show only ECB teams. You are able to adjust the grade so you can find your game time/diamond.

Please note that draws are tentative and subject to change until finalised the Thursday prior to the games. We recommend checking on the day for the most up to date diamond allocation. www.ecbsoftball.org.nz/

WHAT YOU NEED

All players will need their own glove
The Club will provide teams with the team requirements of bat, balls and catching equipment, if you have your own gear we recommend you name these.
Players must have closed toe shoes, we recommending running shoes for smaller children, or football cleats if you have them, and softball cleats from U13 up is recommended.
ECB Softball players are loaned an ECB playing top and black playing pants. These must be returned at the end of season or a recovery charge of $100 applies.
ECB Caps and Visors are available for purchase via the website shop or at the muster day.
U13 grades and up, players will need to wear club green socks and belt as part of their uniform, and these are available for purchase via the website shop, or muster day.
U11grade and under we recommend plain black socks.

You are able to make purchases online and these can be delivered to the park, or collected at the Muster Day.
