🥎 PRE-SEASON TRAINING – OCTOBER UPDATE A big thanks to everyone who joined us for pre-season training last weekend! It was great to see so many of our Under 13 players getting stuck in and building excitement for the season ahead. 🙌 This Saturday, 10 October: SESSION CANCELLED With many of our coaches either playing or heading north for a tournament, we’re taking a break this weekend. Training will resume on Saturday 17 October. We’re also hoping to have an update next week on diamond allocations and when we can officially start training at Rosedale Park. 🚨 Important: Please don’t train at Rosedale Park until we’ve received the all-clear and released the official training dates. We’ll keep you posted! |
👕 UNIFORM COLLECTION - SUNDAY 18 OCT Get kitted out and ready to play! 🥎 Our Uniform Collection & Registration Day is a key date on the ECB calendar. Make sure you’re there to collect your gear and get everything sorted before the season kicks off — we don’t want anyone missing out on game day because they’re still waiting on their uniform! 📅 Date: Sunday 18 October 2026 What can you do on the day? Along with collecting your uniform, you can:
📋 Get familiar with the uniform requirements here ⏰ Collection Times by Grade To keep things running smoothly and help minimise waiting times, we’ve allocated collection slots by grade.
Have players in multiple grades? No problem! Just come along during any one of your allocated time slots. The most important thing is that everyone gets their gear sorted. For example, if you have an Under 7 player but can only attend during the Seniors' time slot, that's absolutely fine. We'll make it work! 😬 Can't make it? If you’re unable to attend on the day, please email uniforms@ecbsoftball.org.nz to discuss the options available. Let's get everyone registered, kitted out and ready to hit the diamonds! 💪 💰 FEE OPTIONS – LET'S GET SORTED!Need a hand with fees? We have multiple payment options available. If you’d like to arrange a payment plan, get in touch with Suzette at treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz and she’ll help you work through the options. A quick reminder: All fees must be paid in full OR be under a payment plan by the first Saturday of play. |

🎃 SEASON STARTS 31 OCTOBER! The season officially gets underway for the rest of the club on Saturday 31 October — and North Harbour is encouraging teams to embrace the Halloween spirit! We’re always up for a good dress-up at ECB, so bring on the spooky socks, fun accessories and Halloween vibes. 👻 Just remember to look after your uniform. Please avoid anything that could cause stains or damage, including fake blood, rips or anything that might leave your gear looking more ‘zombie apocalypse’ than softball season! Dress spooky, play hard, keep your uniform intact. 🧟♂️🥎 |
