Notice of Special General Meeting

East Coast Bays United Softball Club invites all members to attend a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Sunday 29 March 2026.

Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of this meeting is for members to consider and vote on a motion to approve the Amended Constitution, which has been prepared so the club can re-register as an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

The Amended Constitution will be available on the club website one week prior to the meeting. Members may also request a copy by emailing secretary@ecbsoftball.org.nz.

Meeting Details

When: Sunday 29 March 2026, 3:00pm
Where: North Harbour Softball Stadium – Stadium Meeting Rooms (upstairs, above the stadium seating)
Who: All financial members of the club are welcome to attend and vote.
