ABOUT THE NOMINEES
CLUB PRESIDENT: Richard Lancaster
Richard Lancaster has been part of ECB since childhood and is a proud Life Member of the club. He remains actively involved playing for our Div 3 Rangers, coaching the Under 9 Little Rangers and is our property manager who ensures each team has the gear they need and forecasts the clubs spend on gear. He always placing the club’s best interests at the heart of every decision. Richard has put his name forward for the role of Club President, bringing with him a clear vision to drive the club forward and lay a strong foundation for future growth.
CLUB CAPTAIN: Bron Croeser
Bron has put her name forward for the role of Club Captain. Over the past year, she has served as our Junior Club Captain, gaining valuable insight into what’s needed to build a strong development pathway between our junior and senior teams. With a strong focus on personal development, Bron is committed to working closely with the Junior Club Captain and coaches to identify and support the needs of our players at every level
JUNIOR CLUB CAPTAIN: Tracey Foley
Tracey began her softball journey right here at ECB and currently plays for our Division 3 Pumas. She played a key role in establishing our first Under-11 girls' softball team, helping to foster strong connections among our younger players. Now, Tracey has put her name forward for the role of Junior Club Captain, with a passion for developing our junior program and seeking new opportunities to grow the club and keep our young players engaged and inspired.

These members have requested renewal Loree Blank, Michelle Kean, Hayden Schmidt, Chris Murdoch (Mud), Daina Braizer, Andie McDowell and Kylie Sims as requested to join the committee, and will be confirmed at the AGM as long as there are no objections from the floor.
